“We have a strategic plan. It’s called doing things.” (Herb Kellehar)

After five years of working together, the PTF spent a considerable amount of time over the course of 2013 to create a strategic plan to guide us throughthe next three years. We took stock of the actions we have supported over the past few years and discussed how they aligned with the original strategic directions of the PTF. We asked ourselves about the strengths of the PTF, what our role should be in the community moving forward, and how we could achieve it. We identified new priorities, actions and created pathways to help us achieve success. We determined ways to measure our impact and created a framework to increase collaboration, networking, and partnerships. We created a plan that we are excited to follow – a plan that allows us to be strategic, butalso “do things.”
