This fall, the Guelph & Wellington Task Force for Poverty Elimination joins groups across the province to Put Food in the Budget—a campaign to increase the amount of money people living on social assistance receive for food. The Do the Math Challenge puts the cost of food for people living in poverty in perspective.

From September 19th to September 23rd community members from Guelph & Wellington will be taking the Do the Math Challenge. You can follow their stories at http://gwdothemath.ca and hear about their experiences by attending a town hall meeting with the Challengers on September 27th, 6:30pm at the Guelph Youth Music Centre.
