Guelph in motion would like to invite you to a facilitated community conversation on affordable access to recreation.

Guelph in motion is a regional collaborative working to increase access to and participation in physical activity in light of the alarming rates of physical inactivity and obesity in our region.

We are pleased to have Parks & Recreation Ontario provide an overview of what is happening across the province, as well as a sharing of creative local examples of how municipalities and agencies are increasing financial access to recreation.

There will be time to discuss challenges as well as opportunities to share other ideas and discuss potential future policy directions for Guelph & Wellington.

Lunch is provided and there is no charge (courtesy of the Healthy Communities Partnership and the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario) so please RSVP by Friday September 30th. Please note space is limited and we will accept registrants on a first come first serve basis.
