The Ontario Common Front, a group of 90 labour and community groups, released a report this week called, Falling Behind: Ontario’s Backslide into Widening Inequality, Growing Poverty and Cuts to Social Programs.

The report outlines how Ontario lags behind every other Province when it comes to funding and general accessibility of most public programs and services.

The report also outlines Ontario’s progress on poverty elimination, growing income inequality in Ontario and the long-term costs and consequences of these social and political trends.
