In a letter to the newly appointed Premier‐designate Kathleen Wynne, Poverty Free Ontario encourages Wynne to fulfill her promise as the “social justice” premier.

Wynne has publicly stated that she is committed to strengthening Ontario’s social safety nets and balancing the budget, “that’s what being a Liberal is about” (the Globe and Mail). But, anti-poverty groups want to make sure she fulfills the former.
