Our Collaborative Change Model

Our Collaborative Change Model is a bold community-driven road map designed to amplify our collective impact and advance our mission to eliminate poverty in Guelph and Wellington County. This model is not just a plan; it is a commitment to collaborative upstream action and centring intersectional lived experience.

The Poverty Elimination Collaborative would like to thank United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin for their support as our Host Agency. We would also like to thank our funders for their ongoing support, including the City of Guelph, County of Wellington and United Way Guelph Wellington Dufferin.
