Guelph-Wellington has joined 28 other communities from across Canada as part of the 20,000 Homes Campaign, a powerful nationwide campaign that aims to permanently house 20,000 of Canada’s most vulnerable homeless people by July 1, 2018.

To help kick start action in our community, we held a “Registry Week.” From April 25th – April 27th, over 125 trained volunteers administered a survey designed to quickly assess the health and social needs of homeless persons and match them with the most appropriate support and housing interventions that are available.

This infographic shares some of the preliminary results from Registry Week. A full report will be released in late spring/early summer.
