As part of the consultation process for the development of the next Ontario Poverty Reduction Strategy, the Guelph & Wellington Task Force for Poverty Elimination has provided a written submission to the Cabinet Committee on Poverty Reduction & Social Inclusion. This written submission focuses on priority issues identified by our community and includes the perspective of those living in poverty.

Community members are encouraged to attend the community consultation hosted by MPP Liz Sandals on Friday, September 27th, 1-4pm at the Guelph Place Banquet Hall, 492 Michener Road, Guelph. Please RSVP to Sara Rezaee at [email protected] and let her know if you require any accommodation (such as transit fare reimbursement) to participate.
