Ontario is asking people and organizations across the province to share their ideas and help shape a provincial Food Security Strategy.

It is the position of the PTF that a multi-pronged income-based response is needed to address the root causes of household food insecurity. 

To help inform Ontario’s Food Security Strategy, the PTF engaged with local stakeholders to provide input and share ideas to help the province achieve a vision where every person is food secure, to support them in leading healthy and active lives.
